• Played at The Universitity of The Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas from 2004-2006

 What makes Coach D1 standout is how passionate he is about teaching the game the right way. He genuinely cares about the development and growth of the kids, letting kids know that everybody makes mistakes, it's not the mistake you make but what you do after to overcome the mistake. Coach D1 is big on what he calls - the little things - Things that don't show up on the stat sheet. While playing a multitude of roles at the collegiate level it allowed Coach D1 to have a better understanding of a kids thought process regardless of the role their coach instills in them. While understanding and knowing that each kid is different is one thing but being able to adapt and understand how to maximize their potential is another. That's where Coach D1 excels at, he's very patient and detailed when it comes to breaking down drills. He loves helping kids develop their capabilities, while helping them grasp an understanding of the situation, he instills them with the knowledge to make clear choices on what to do next in the heat of competition.
